Hayden began his career as a semi-professional footballer for Ashford Town before developing his strong interest in sales and marketing. Working as a senior sales executive and marketing specialist for major brands, Hayden started building up his network of key contacts, and discovered a true love for developing these relationships.
Keen to strengthen and expand this network, Hayden transitioned into business development and outreach, specialising in influencer and celebrity brand partnerships. Today, he acts as our Senior Talent Manager, taking pride in bringing brands and creators together.
Having moved to the capital after graduating from university, Hayden is very much making the most of being a Londoner, using his free time to explore the city and take in live events. He particularly enjoys music and sport-related events and activities, but is willing to give almost anything a try!
Hayden’s the type of person I just wish I knew sooner! I’ve been creating content since the age of 14 so over the last decade i’ve been approached by many people looking to make a quick buck and take advantage of a scene that’s still in its infancy. Because of this, Hayden completely understood I was cautious of getting involved with a manager and let me work at my own pace to see if there was a mutual connection between us before anything else.
Quickly, I realised that Hayden wasn’t just an incredibly smart businessman, he was much much more than that. A real top person who works meticulously to put both your personal and business interests at the forefront of everything he does.
